Attendance and participation on both days is a requirement for CE as well as Class Credit. You are required to have a webcam to take this course. Class Instructions and a PDF copy of the Student Manual will be emailed to you prior to the course. This course will give you a strong knowledge and familiarity with the most current financing options available in the marketplace, as well as down payment options to help home buyers. You’ll also learn about the most recent changes in the mortgage industry affecting your customer’s ability to get approved and the latest changes to the closing process.
