North Carolina's only statewide State
of Real Estate forum premiers September 15, 2018 in Wilmington NC,
at the Wilmington Convention Center. The day-long event is
comprised of an influencer panel, hands-on workshops, lunch, and
trolley tours and is hosted by NC REALTORS® - the 8th largest
professional trade association in the United States representing
nearly 43,000 REALTORS® - during its annual convention, XCHANGE
'18. Bringing together public and private sectors, REALTORS® and
consumers, influencers and regulators, and visionaries and
implementer, the forum is designed to solve current statewide
issues and challenges that impact different areas of real estate
and economic development, such as smart growth, affordable housing,
disaster planning, and more. Led by national. skilled facilitators,
the workshops provide the opportunity for NC REALTORS® to inspire
collaboration and work side-by-side, elbow-to-elbow, with experts
from different walks of life to achieve actionable goals we can all
thrive on. If you have a role in public policy, legislation,
development, real estate, and economic development, among others,
join us for a day of positive problem solving, and put your
